The order confirmation email includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

We ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante.

We also cannot deliver to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French overseas territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, San Marino, Vatican City.

Shipping is always free and usually takes 4-8 working days.

Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Please always choose an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or a concierge desk, be sure to include the company name or the name of the contact person.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Please contact the courier to check if a second delivery attempt will be made or if your order will be left at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact the courier or fail to collect your order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be returned to our warehouse. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to discuss whether you'd like the package redelivered or if you'd prefer a refund.
